Questions & answers
How much is UK delivery and how long does it take?
Standard UK delivery is £3.99, and free on orders over £60. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days and arrive 3-5 working days after dispatch. Allow 1-2 extra working days for the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and Northern Ireland.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment - we deliver to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
What is a good gift for someone who is grieving?
The Remembrance Ritual Kit and Forever Held were created for loss and remembrance: a candle to light, space to reflect and, in the Remembrance kit, a journal and a Letter to a Loved One. For someone who simply needs rest, the Relaxation Ritual Hamper is a gentle choice.
What are your candles made from?
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches in Milton Keynes. Each product page lists the wax, fragrance, size and approximate burn time.
Can the Buddha and Tree of Life pieces be lit?
No. They are decorative wax sculptures - unscented, with no wick - designed to be displayed rather than burned.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return an unused item in its original packaging. Lit, used or personalised items can't be returned unless faulty. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.
How can I pay?
Checkout is secured by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or by debit or credit card without a PayPal account.
The Ritual
Light. Breathe. Begin again.
Each candle and Ritual Kit is a complete sensory experience - sometimes a handcrafted candle standing on its own, sometimes that candle paired with carefully chosen tools for reflection, intention setting, healing and personal transformation. Lighting one is a tiny ceremony: it tells your body, we are slowing down now. That signal, repeated, becomes a way of being.
Hand-poured in small batches in Milton Keynes, UK. Premium soy wax, cotton wicks, vegan friendly, no synthetic dyes, no overwhelm.
